User may cancel their The Canine Review subscription by using the Cancel Account option in their Account Dashboard. User understands that annual subscriptions are nonrefundable as they are offered at a deeply discounted rate. Annual subscriptions can be canceled from one year to the next. TCR will also allow users to request cancellations and refunds within 48-hours of billing for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscribers can stop monthly payments at any time.
The date of your renewal payment will be confirmed in your welcome email. If there are any changes to the amount and frequency of your payment, The Canine Review will notify you at least two weeks in advance of payment being taken.
